Yes, you can certainly apply for admission in Bharati Vidyapeeth's School of Distance Education. Any candidate who has completed 10+2 from a recognized board of education, with at least 50% marks is eligible to apply for B.Com course in this institution.

You should consider other factors such as the location of your home town, branch you are getting, placement statistics, importance of NIT tag to you and then decide.
I can tell you 1 thing for sure, i.e. joining NIT-B would be one of the best things ever happened to you.
