For B.com hons DU is the best option across india but only if you have scored more than 90% in 12th.
So if you have a good score then apply for Du.

A step further, there are universities offering Dual/ Integrated B.Com-M.Com, B.Com-MBA courses too. I feel joining a Dual/Integrated saves you from the hassle of searching for a college/ university for higher studies as well as giving entrance exams and wait for admission in some good institute.it is better to take admission in a dual/ integrated course.
