According to the BCI's revised age bar policy, the candidates below 30 years of age (as on the date of admission) will be considered eligible for pursuing three year LLB program from state law colleges of Maharashtra. Candidates belonging to OBC, SC, and ST categories from Maharashtra state are given a relaxation of five years, i.e., the age cap for them is 35 years as on the date of admission.
