Helo Prachi there are so many colleges. they have less amount of fees. bt. u have to go for the 12th result first. the govt. colleges like du. and. bhu and many others all have less amount of fees. and all are based on merit.

I can' t say it as difficult and its a mixture of practical and theory and as such interesting sub. if u talk about campus i would say try for mumbai first.
