The course they offer and the facilities are ample for you to learn and best is it is in your budget and my honest opinion you should join SRM. Admission depends more upon the no. of students who apply for the course. So, college will send mail to the first 200 student who got rank under 200. Then they send the mail to other candidates after they get the response from the first 200 candidates. suppose if from the first 200 rank holders only 100 people applied, then college will target the next batch of rank holders and so on.

Yes, your marks are decent enough for the main campus but you need atleast 130 to claim a seat for CSE. But there are chances open for you.

You will get civil or electronics with this rank but if you want CSE better go to other colleges because you will not get CSE in VIT.

Hi Gari, actually there is no cut off mark. Admission will be according to your rank you have secured. This time the admission in B.Pharma was above 5000 rank as well.

I think CSE is always better.
