M.Tech is more advantageous than M.Sc, if you are interested in architecture then you can proceed with M.Tech in Naval Architecture course. A naval architect is responsible for planning, designing, constructing, rebuilding/repairing, operation and maintenance of all stages of the life of a marine vehicle and off-shore structures, both commercial and military. Eligibility criteria for M.Tech Naval Architecture is:
Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture/ Marine Engineering/ Nautical Science/ Ship Building/ Mechanical Engineering/ Civil Engineering/ B.Arch or the equivalent.

As you are a student of PCB group then, for Manipal University, I would like to suggest you to go for bio medical technology or B.Tech in biotechnology. There is great scope in field of research and development in biotechnology. If you are interested in research, then you should definitely go for it.

Yes, it is worth to pursue the BHM from Manipal WGSHA (welcome graduate school of Hotel Administration), because it is having good placements and good alumni network like Michellin, Star Chef Vikas Khanna.

You have scored just a little more than 50%. I feel that with these marks also you have good chances of getting the branch of your desire. This is so since many students would have appeared for multiple entrance exams and are not likely to join & hence those with comparatively lesser marks will get promoted in the ranking.
