Hello Avinash, Manipal, a private university, survives only if student interest in it remains unabated. This can happen only if they are able to place maximum students of every batch. Be rest assured that placements in Manipal are indeed good. The highest package could be Rs 10-12 lakhs while the average is around Rs 4-6 lakhs.

As far as I know Manipal is better than VIT, but there are pros and cons with every University. There are things such as publishing research paper and stuff in which VIT is better than Mainipal, but in many aspects Manipal is much better than VIT as far as Academics and extra curricular activities are concerned.

Dear Kunal,
Salary package is the remuneration of the individual's capacity. The more you earn the talent, the more you get paid. But let me clarify you, and perhaps you also that better that in today's market correspondence students are less preferred compared to regular students. Hence, I would advise you to gain job experience while distance BBA. It will increase your value and so your salary.

Of course, you can get placement in any private bank say for an example HDFC, HSBC, ICICI, etc. Provided your knowledge exposure job domain and job role all suits according to that bank. You can also try for off-campus placements by directly applying for that firm or through networking.
