Hello Ipsita,
Both Manipal and SRM Universities conduct their own entrance examinations for admission into MBA. If you're planning to take admission into these universities in 2017, you should apply sooner. The admission forms of those institutes are out and can be filled online.
While, Manipal University has two campuses in Sikkim and Karnataka. SRM has 3 campuses, 2 in Chennai and 1 in Delhi/ NCR. The fees varies based on the campus. You can check the fees and apply for the entrance examinations from their official websites.
Below mentioned are the official websites:

Yes, TAPMI is a very good option for MBA. It is a reputed B-school with decent placements and good brand name. The average salary is around Rs.9.5 LPA to Rs.10 LPA. TAPMI accepts only CAT and XAT scores for the admission process.

COEP is a government college and Manipla is a private college. Your first preference should be a government college.

Yes, you are eligible to pursue MBA from top B-schools in our country. But, you have to work hard, so that you can prepare yourself for the best.
For extra information, you need to appear for entrance exam like CAT, XAT, SNAP or IIFT and then appear for WAT/ PI.
Best of luck.

Sikkim Manipal University is a good college and it is a good choice to pursue BBA from the same. There are other colleges too which are better than SMU in terms of faculty, infrastructure and placements.
Some of them are:
1. Christ University, Bengaluru
2. Symbiosis International University
3. Delhi University
