If your aim is to work directly within journalism, it is vital that you build up a portfolio of work and gain as much relevant experience as possible. Working on a student newspaper, magazine or radio station will be helpful. You could also start your own blog to develop your writing style and interview techniques. Take advantage of any work placements on your course to gain experience and make contacts within the industry. You could also find opportunities by contacting TV production studios, radio outlets, magazines and newspapers. Show an enthusiasm for their subject matter and ask if they have any work experience schemes. Writing v

Yes, a student with PCM background can apply for BAJMC programme in good Universities. But, what is imperative is to understand what being a journalist entails. Curiosity, willingness to work hard, storytelling and using "Why chaining" when it comes to news. It is a creative line of work that involves being in line with current affairs and a sense of objectivity and facts. If you feel you love all these aspects, then journalism is an amazing choice. My advice would be to focus on being a good well-read journalist before you think of being an TV anchor. All top notch TV news anchor you see today are first journalists.

None All you need to do is compete in local shows, maintain your physique and fairness and be active on all social media platforms. There are some colleges in India that provide such courses. They are usually expensive and all they do is providing platform. No qualification is needed to be model. If you are seeking to work as presenter, host or something related then B.J. M. C. will suffice.
