Dear,
Both the courses have their own specialisations in their own field. It all depends upon on your interest area whether you want to become an event manager or do B.Com. Set your goals and achieve them.

Dear Maddikunta,
The prospects of a degree and even a certificate course are quite good. The domain has been expanding at a fast speed. Specifically, in photography or in camera work, FTII-Pune and Symbiosis School of Photography are considered as impressive options.

If you are looking to make your career in event managing than I would suggest you going for a degree course in event management as by getting a specialised degree in that, the chances of getting in the field would be more as the preference would be given accordingly. But you have one more option. First, for Bachelors you can pursue degree in mass communication and then for Masters go for a specialised degree course in event management. The Bachelors in mass communication/event management is for 3 years. Masters in mass communication/event management is for 2 years. So it is all your choice. Don't get confused. Both are good options.

Hi Shubheksha,
The eligibility criteria for Netaji Open University for a Diploma in journalism is a candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board.
And if we talk about the admission process then interested candidates can apply directly to the college.
