If you are talking about J.D Institute of Dashion technology for doing fashion and apparel design course, it is an undergraduate course 3 years duration.
The candidate must have passed 10+2 from any recognised board or university.

Second merit lists are generated if first merit list is not able to suffice suitable candidates intake. But it mainly depends on the rank, level of competition, and scores.

Mass communication is the most responsible career your interest in it is really appreciable. Its more important than theoretical knowledge. If you have really interest in the mass com course, then after completion of your 10+2 you can go for this course. You must have passed 10+2 with 50% from any recognised board or university.

If you are getting admission in some college affiliated to IP University, this is also good. If you are getting the campus or other leading colleges under them, that would add to the learning.
