Both are different courses. They both have their own flavors. Mainly, it depends on your interest, it depends on you and your ability.

You can opt for BJMC or MJMC. You can opt for BJM, if you are doing it after your class 12th, and you can go for MJMC, if you have a Bachelor's degree. These courses will cover your mentioned field of interest.

Initially, you will be needing a degree. For that, I suggest you to opt for courses like BJMC or MJMC.
After the degree, you will have an idea about your interest, What to do, how to do, what is radio all about, etc. As you have completed your degree, you can join any of the radio station for an internship period, this will give you an experience of working in a radio. Radio have many segments like creative department, music, event, RJ, content writer, etc.

Hi Ujjwal,
Yes, you can certainly apply for Masters in Mass Communication. To be eligible for the course, you are required to be a graduate in any stream from a recognized University. Usually, the colleges conduct a general aptitude test as an admission criteria, which include mathematics questions, logical reasoning questions, English language and general awareness. Galgotias University is mainly popular in Delhi NCR for B.Tech and its placements but its also offers BA - Journalism & Mass Communication (Academic association with ISOMES & Jagran Institute of Management & Mass Communication). A few of my friends are studying the same and have good reviews about it.
