Hello Junaid,
You are advised to read the PR rules and protocols on the Australia immigration website, check the procedures and how you can apply. I hope you are aware of getting a job first and working in Australia before you could apply for a PR. This is the official link below:

To study journalism, it is better to study arts after +2. You can go for BA mass communication, and then MA or M.Sc mass communication. But, for better journalist you must have self-confidence and ability to speak up in public. So, start participating in stage as well as cultural activity soon.

According to me wildlife photography is better as it has a very wide scope in India as well as abroad plus you get a chance to explore new places. While in fashion photography every firm has different requirements and hence they are not very flexible.

First, I would like to ask what you want from BJMC, because you can see there are many rich people who did this course. If you love the subjects of this course, no doubt it's good for you. But, if you don't enjoy, then choose another one. There are so many courses available.

It depends on many factors your finance, you marks and in which university you will be comfortable. If you want college in Bihar, there are many colleges. Go online and see the ratings of college, it is better to know about anything aggregately in comparison to individually.

Yes, you can do event management after B.Com. You can go for a proper degree or else even Diploma degree will do.
For diploma, usually there's nothing such to clear for application, but in some there is basic entrance examination.

For this, you can do a Bachelor's degree or even Master's degree on film production and all. Look for colleges which provide you with editing and stuff.
