According to me, you need to have many travel experiences to get selected as a travel journalist. When we talk about scope, it's not a plain yes or no. It's hard to make a career as a travel journalist. But if you are open to experiences and hard work then you will definitely do well.

Here are some career options open to you as a mass comm graduate.
- Radio or TV Announcers
- Reporters
- PR Specialists
- Editors
- Journalists
- Writers and Authors
When you have more experience you can start venturing into careers like Marketing Directors and Communications Directors.
You can also consider other degree options like Advertising, Journalism, Health Communication and Public Relations which opens up another choice of careers.

The best way out is to think of what do you wish to become in future. If you wish to join corporate offices then go for BBA and if you wish to go into a creative field, then opt mass communication.
