Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) - Pune is the best institute for this field. You need to appear for FTII entrance exam. As it offers PG course, eligibility is - 'Bachelors in any discipline'.

It is more or less the same, the changes could differ in the curriculum offered under the 2 mentioned courses. Also, the difference lies in the type of degree offered and the University affiliation for the mentioned courses and the institutes.
Difference between Mass Communication and Journalism.
Journalism is domain of mass com as mass comm is a very vast field and has a lot various domains such as Journalism, Advertising, Direction, PR, etc.

Amity School of Communication ranks 4th in the top colleges for mass communication in the country. You will have to face an entrance exam to get into this college.
