Hi Srishty, to study in US you must take the SAT and the TOEFL. Different universities would be having different admission requirements. Competitive ones would require SAT subject tests as well. Complete your 10+2 with excellent grades. You must also have a good overall profile which should also include a lot of extra curricular activities.

Main thing is that attend as many as workshops you can regarding photography. You should have a knowledge about lens, aperture, editing skills, camera filters, angles, etc. Get knowledge from a person who is doing photography from long time as he also suggest various things which you might be not aware of.

Hi Arun,
The Academy follows an open admission policy. You should have a minimum of 15 years of formal education in any subject with a degree. Exceptions will be made for candidates with work experience or life learning experiences, with a minimum of 12 years of formal education. You should be at least 20 years old. Admission is on a first-come-first-served basis. It is a three step process:
Portfolio Review
Skype Interaction
Personal interview at the Academy
You have to bring your camera for a test shoot on campus when you come for the interview. The Academy notifies admission status soon after the interview.

If you have completed BA, then a Diploma might serve you better. It is completely up to you, though.
