Yes, one can pursue an MBA after Mass Communication. Minimum eligibility for applying for MBA in India is a graduate degree from a recognized university. Some institutes require minimum 50% aggregate marks in graduation. As far as the type of course is concerned, people from varied backgrounds ranging from engineering, commerce and arts apply for the post graduate course in management, therefore a background in mass communication is also good. All the Best

The word passion when converted into learning and practicing time will lead to skill development and talent. Any student who has developed skills and talent will be able to convert the passion into profession. Students who merely talk or dream about their passion but fail to put the adequate efforts will never be able to convert their passion into anything. So, ask your self-conscience whether you are a man of action. If the answer is truly yes, then get into the Full Time UG program in photography.

Hi Sourabh,
Some institutes are known to offer Diploma courses to 10th passed students though. The quality and validity of such Diploma courses are questionable. Ultimately, such courses are not very useful, when it comes to finding a job using them!
In short, it is better to complete 11th and 12th standards and then pursue a good (and recognized) journalism course.
In India, there are 2 main formats in which journalism courses are available. They are
