Your aim is to become an actor, so you should study acting and get the certification. I think you can get admission in FTII, Pune (Film and Television Institute of India). FTII is located in Pune. The Institute offers 2-year PG Diploma in acting. The fee structure is 2 lakhs.
Thank you.

It depends on your interest. You can opt for mass communication. It is a very lively course or you can think about going for accounting stream too.
But MBA in mass communication has a great scope and value. If you are interested in photography, you can prefer international level photography courses.

Degrees in film making are mostly BFA, MFA, BA Film Making and MA Film Making. Doctorate degrees are also available. Since you haven't specified the exact requirements it is difficult to gather what exactly you are looking for. Movie related courses are the same all over. Courses in Interactive Media Development, Film Production, Cinematography and Photography etc are short term courses.

Ample co-curricular activities, significant achievements, outstanding communication skills etc would be required. Take the GRE and TOEFL or IELTS and score high. Letters of reference and an impressive personal statement is important. Visit a few university websites, check the admission requirements pages and understand what they are looking for-
