Hi Tamal,
To pursue mass communication and from IIMC is the best choice for post graduation. But, they offer you a diploma and not a degree. The difference between a Degree and Diploma is that a Degree is a certified Masters programme having affiliation from the UGC, however a diploma can be offered by different institutes as their self-offered program and is only valid until the institute withdraw it back. A diploma holds lesser importance but holds the same curriculum as a Master's programme taught in lesser duration.
IIMC's diploma holds a lot of importance as it's the No.1 institute for mass communication, journalism and advertising

hello dear, Nice piece of query. U must be inspired by arnab goswami, rajat sharma and others. Journalism is a very noble profession and it needs passion to become a journalist. Life is full of challenges physical as well as mental in this profession. The earning depends on the designation, corporate name, your potentiality. You may start in thousands and end up in crores. Be sure to choose a good college and concentrate in your studies and keep yourself updated with current affairs. Try to follow loksabha tv, rajyasabha tv discussions, debates and news of the whole world. Wish you a successful career. Thank you.

Hi
If you are keen to do your master's in social work then take bachelor's in social work or sociology or any allied subject as ba journalism is a professional course and might not fit into the criteria of good universities.
Journalism diploma can be pursued along with your bachelor's/ master's later.
