The bad news is that Punjabi University, Patiala, does not offer a BA in Film and TV Production.

The strong point of the university's presence in the field of media studies has been through its Centre for Advanced Media Studies. Yet, the undergraduate course being offered is B.A. (Hons.) in Journalism, Mass Communication, and Media Technology. It does provide some good grounding in media but no specialisation in film and TV production at the undergraduate level.
