Indian Institute of Journalism and New Media (IIJNM) Bangalore is ranked 8th out of 55 journalism and media colleges in India. IIJNM Bangalore offers three P.G. Diploma programs in Print, Broadcast & Online/Multimedia Journalism.
To take admission in P.G. Diploma programs in IIJNM you have to follow three simple steps.
- First submit the application form and take the Admission Test.
- Once selected, you will have to go through a Personal Interview after which you are eligible for counselling.
- Once the counselling is completed, you will get the notification and acceptance of the admission.

The eligibility for MA in Theatre and Film Production at Punjabi University includes a minimum of 50% aggregate in the Bachelor Degree (45% marks for SC/ST). The admission process is based on the "Audition Test", conducted by the department. The overall seat intake for the specialisations is 28 and lasts for two years. And MA fee is around INR 18,700 - INR 1.6 lakh.

Yes, candidates can submit their objections against the JMI answer key within 48 hours after the same is published through electronic means. Candidates are required to pay INR 500 per program to challenge the answer key. No grievance is entertained by the university without the payment of a fee. The examination authority also does not entertain any requests submitted after the expiry of the time frame. Hence, candidates should raise their objections within the stipulated time.

The syllabus of the JMI Entrance Exam varies according to the course. Candidates appearing for the entrance exam have to follow the steps given below to view the syllabus for their respective programmes
- Visit the official website of the JMI examination (jmicoe. In)
- Click on the Entrance Test Syllabus given on the admission tab
- Select the Course Type, Course Name and enter the captcha.
