Parul University has respectable placement records for MA Journalism & Mass Communication with an average package of around INR 8 LPA and a high of up to INR 46 LPA. Employers include Times of India and Amazon. Around 80% PG students got placed, although online reviews mentioning faculty quality and consistency in review were mixed.

Delhi University has a number of Mass Communication and Journalism based courses as well such as the B.A. (Hons.) in Journalism and the Five-Year Integrated Programme in Journalism (B.J. + M.J.) at Delhi School of Journalism. The basis of entering into undergraduate programs is mainly in the CUET (Common university entrance test) scores. You will have to take up CUET with particular combination of subjects (e.g., English + General, or English + other domain subjects). fees of B.A. (Hons.) Yes - Entry for BA (Mass Communication and Journalism) in St. Exwear College, Mumbai (also known as BA (MCJ) was opened in April 2025 through Xavier's Admission Test (Extra 2025). The last date for online registration was May 5,2025, and the UG application submission was discontinued at May 23,2025.

There are a number of institutes that provide courses in photography in Ahmedabad and include workshops, Diploma and also degree course. Not all of them are conventional colleges, but Shiksha.com professes 9 best photography colleges/institutes in the list. There are big names like the Kalapurnam Institute, Institute For Photography & Video Film Making- Excellence (IPE India), Varun Patel Photography Institute and Photo Technic Interactive, among others that offer varied course of study to budding photographers.

There are a number of institutes which offer photography courses in Ahmedabad over a short period to long term Diploma and degree course. It might not be having much conventional type of college that exclusively teaches photography in the university sense but there are not less than 9 best places to study photography i.e. institutes/colleges as reported by Shiksha.com. Yes, there is Bachelor of Vocational in Journalism and Mass Communication in Guru Nanak College, Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab. The degree is vocational and it aims at equipping individuals with practical, skill oriented training in several areas of media such as print, television, radio, web and digital media. It is aimed at equipping students with different tasks in the media establishment.

An applicant should have completed Class 12 from a recognised board to get into the Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication (BJMC) programme at Yashwantrao Chavan College of Arts, Commerce and Science and, of course, needs to apply through the college's official website or admission portal, which is usually affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University; admission is merit-based on the basis of the application by the 12 marks and submission of application forms with fees and other necessary documents, followed by document verification, and around paying the course fee to confirm the seat in case of selection.
