There are no government colleges for mass communication. You can get into Amity University for mass communication.

If you have completed your graduation, then you can pursue masters in any course of your interest. Otherwise, you can pursue Masters in the same course in which you have done Bachelors. Admission forms are available for admission in different courses for the session 2017-18 in different colleges, so you can apply for any course of your interest.

Yes, you can pursue journalism and mass communication after completing class 12th in science. There is no compulsion of subjects.
