Hi,
After completing class 12th, you can go for Bachelor of journalism and mass communication. It is a 3 years course, where you will learn different kind of subjects. You will learn electronic communication, television journalism, film theory and many more.

The scope of event management is good if you have done graduation in event management. But, as you have not even completed 12th, getting into event management will become very difficult.
I would suggest you complete your 12th first and then pursue a professional course. As without any know-how, you will not be able to get any good job in the industry.
If you still if wish to pursue anything, you may go for certificate courses after 10th and then try getting into this field.

I will not suggest you leave your medical coaching but if your interest lies in films and acting then you should take up short term courses in the same simultaneously. By this, you would get to know either acting is something you want to take up in your future or are you good being in medical stream.

There are so many Certificate and Diploma courses in photography in India. Besides these, very few colleges provide a Bachelors degree in fine arts and photography.
The minimum education required for the professional courses in photography is 10+2. These courses contain the knowledge and art of photography, angle, lighting, technical knowledge of instruments as camera and understanding of fine arts.
