Yes, you can pursue BMM course after completing class 12th. You will only get admission in the private colleges as you appeared for the re-exam.

Yes, you can. The Masters in mass Communication programs require a bachelor's degree with minimum pass marks (say 45% etc.) and they usually have an entrance test and panel interview which determines your aptitude to mass communication. It depends on the affiliated university. I would suggest you to check with the concerned university regarding eligibility before applying.
