Hi Paras,
Yes, you can go for MS in mass communication. You have to have a minimum GRE score of 1300 to get a decent university. Also, the duration will be 2 yrs and the cost of doing a masters degree in US is 15 - 18 lacs per annum

PGDCA stands for Post graduate diploma in Computer Application which can be done right after your graduation degree.
There is no such course like PGDCA in mass communication

After the completing of BCA, you may appear for various entrance exams conducted by different institutes or universities and pursue post graduation in mass communication. You can also choose a specialization, which interests you more and enrol for the course.

To get admission into post graduation course in Mass communication from Jamia Milia Islamia University, you must look at the admission process which is listed below:
Eligibility: Graduation in any discipline (10+2+3) with not less than 50 % marks in aggregate.
Written Exam:
Paper I: Multiple Choice Questions: 100 marks
Paper II: Descriptive: 100 marks
Interview: 45 marks
Portfolio: 55 marks

Choosing Mass Communication to pursue a career into vidography is the right choice. As mass communication will introduce you to the detailing of lenses, cameras, and all the angles from the the video can be shot to get a proper view.
