PGDCA stands for Post graduate diploma in Computer Application which can be done right after your graduation degree.
There is no such course like PGDCA in mass communication

As mass communication covers a lot of specialized areas in it, there is no specific book that you can refer and clear the exam. However, you can refer to books like Manorama, Success Mantra and books written by R. Gupta.
