JNTUA College of Engineering, Ananthapuramu has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

B.E. / B.TechCandidate must have passed diploma in engineering/technology or 3 years B.Sc degree with Mathematics as one of the subjects And secured at least 45% marks (40% marks reserved category) from a recognized university.
MCACandidate must have passed bachelor degree of 3/4 years duration with Mathematics as one of the subject at Intermediate or Degree level with above mentioned marks from any recognised University/Institute. 45% marks for BC categories. Candidate who are appearing for the final year degree examination are also be eligible. Degree obtained by Distance Mode Program should have recognition by Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB. Candidate who passed all the subjects of the three years of any Degree course in one sitting is not eligible for admission.

LL.M.Candidate must have passed LL.B./B.L. 3 year/5 year degree from a recognized institute/university. Candidates who have appeared/appearing for LL.B./B.L. final year examination are also eligible.
LL.B.Candidate must have passed any Graduate Degree with (10+2+3 pattern) of a recognized University or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the Universities concerned with 45% of aggregate marks for General category, 42% for OBC category and 40% for SC/ST. If any candidate secured less than 45%, 42% and 40% respectively in graduation as stated above, theye should have secured same percentage or more on the aggregate in any Post Graduation or B.Ed. The percentage of 44.5% and above for General category, 41.5% or above for OBC, 39.5% and above for SC/ST will be considered as 45%, 42% and 40% of aggregate marks respectively.
