Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) administers entrance examinations for admission to its diverse range of courses. These are the various entrance exams conducted by JIPMER:

1. JIPMER MBBS exam: This assessment was formerly used for MBBS admissions, but starting from the academic year 2023, it has been replaced by the NEET exam conducted by NTA, followed by counseling.

2. JIPMER PG entrance exam: Conducted for entry into postgraduate medical programs such as MD, MS, and MDS.

3. JIPMER B.Sc entrance exam: Administered for undergraduate programs like B.Sc Nursing, B.Sc Allied Medical Sciences, and B.Sc Medical Laboratory Technology.

4. JIPMER M.Sc entrance exam: Designed for postgraduate courses including M.Sc Medical Biochemistry, M.Sc Medical Physiology, and M.Sc Medical Microbiology.

5. JIPMER Ph.D. entrance exam: Conducted for admissions to the Ph.D. program.

In order to secure an admission in Vrije University Brussels, all overseas applicants require competitive grades, relevant documents and English proficiency exam scores. VUB accepts all major English exam scores like (IELTS/TOEFL/Cambridge) and mentioned below are the entry requirements from postgraduate students:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
• ID card (front and back) or passport;
• Recent picture;
• High school Diploma (if the candidate is in their final year, an enrolment certificate including the expected date of graduation and the official title of the Diploma they will obtain);
• Transcript of records;
• Proof of English language proficiency; and
• Motivation letter.

Note: These are the general requirements for graduates at VUB and each programme can have specific requirements. Hence, applicants are advised to go through VUB's official website for course specific requirements.

2. Applicants must submit three LORs that have to speak about their past experience and performance for a successful completion of the MPH program.

3. A SOP must be submitted to SOPHAS and they must be typewritten of 500 words or less and include as follows:

• What is you concentration of interest and how would completion of the MPH programme allow you to live your purpose

• Describe how your coursework, work/volunteer, and life experiences have prepared you to be successful in the MPH program. In your answer please also include experiences that have helped you better understand, address, and/or advocate for diversity, inclusion, and equity issues.

• Describe your experiences with facing and overcoming adversity.

• Describe how your characteristics and goals are congruent with the Program’s mission and values (see below)

• Describe how your personal or academic background and experiences will bring a unique perspective to the programme and positively contribute to the Public Health community

• Any special Circumstances applicable to your application.
