The eligibility criteria for LL.B. Courses vary depending on the institution and the specific programme. However, most colleges and universities require a minimum of 50% marks in graduation to be eligible for admission to LL.B. Courses. In your case, since you have scored 44.15% in your graduation, you may not be eligible for admission to LL.B. Courses in most institutions. The CUET 2023 is to be conducted by National Testing Agency NTA under the Ministry of Education (MoE). The exam is conducted to provide admission in various UG and PG courses in various Central Universities. The CUET exam will be conducted separately for Under Graduate and Post Graduate courses. CUET-PG 2023 Application forms for the academic session 2023-2024 were released on March 20 by the examination conducting authority, NTA. Candidates will be able to apply online on the CUET website till May 5, 2023. Candidates can also edit the CUET-PG 2023 online application form if they have done any mistakes while filling up the form. The application form correction window will be open from May 6 and get close on May 8. National Testing Agency NTA will conduct CUET-PG from June 5 to June 12, 2023.

Common University Entrance Test CUET is being introduced for admission into UG/ PG programmes in Central and participating Universities for academic session 2023-24. The Common University Entrance Test CUET will provide a common platform and equal opportunities to candidates across the country, especially those from NorthEast and from rural and other remote areas and help to establish better connect with the Universities. A single Examination will enable the Candidates to cover a wide outreach and be part of the admissions process to various Central Universities. The CUET-PG 2023 will be conducted in CBT mode in 02 shifts for admissions in the next academic session. Till last year, the exam was known as Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET). Prior to 2021, UGC used to conduct the test in a paper-pencil-based mode.
