Candidates must have a master's degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 55% in order to be eligible to apply for the UGC NET however, there is a 5% relaxation for reserved categories. You may also participate in your final post-graduation year. The eligibility requirements for assistant professorships and JRFs under UGC NET 2022 differ. The applicant must be in possession of a Masters degree in the pertinent field from an accredited university. The maximum age for JRF has been raised from 30 to 31 years old. Eligibility Criteria for B.Ed is passed graduation or postgraduation in any discipline from a recognised University with 50% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% in case of reserved categories, you have to clear your backlogs if you want to take admission based on postgraduate degree and moreover even if you complete B.Ed based on graduation degree, you cannot teach higher classes (such as PGT )as your Masters degree is still incomplete, hence for better prospects and opportunities professionally you must complete your Masters degree. For taking admission in B.Ed degree you have to clear all the backs at the time of admission that means you have the complete degree at the time of admission then you can get admission in B.Ed degree.
