Hello,
Yes, you can apply for PG course after completing your graduation from Sikkim Manipal University through distance learning. All you have to do is just to score more then 50-55% in your graduation, so that you can apply for PG courses in this College.

hey,you need a graduate degree in science with minimum of 55% and you have appear in an entrance test for the Admission and selection will be based on the merit list of the entrance examination.

Admissions are still on.
Application forms can be obtained online from the website. Rank lists based upon the TANCA (GATE and/or TANCET) are hence released and counseling is conducted based upon the ranking.

Hi!
Yes, you can do a Masters course even after a normal B.A. , Honors courses are just a more difficult version of a particular subject. Its like a specialisation in a particular subject and you have to study that particular subject in depth in a honors course.

You have not mentioned which subjects you did your Bachelors or Master.
yes you can do Masters again (subject should not be the same as you did last time).
I would Suggest , (If you are also looking for a career) instead of doing Masters again - you should do MBA or some higher studies (doctorate programs). you can get good jobs in Colleges / Universities.
