You need to check the Sweden immigration website to find out the labour shortage list, mechanical engineering is one of the best sectors in Sweden and you will find opportunities in many sectors from automotive to biotechnology. Identify your own interest first, whether you like automobiles or aerospace, if you want to be in design or manufacturing. Figure out what to study accordingly.

The CGPA is too low, though you can apply but your application won't be accepted because of the low percentage. You can try other countries like Australia and if interested in Europe then you can try Poland, Ireland, Czech Republic, etc.

It's really hard to say but if you are determined and decided to settle abroad then you should try to apply. It should be worth it if you get into a very good university and do well in your studies. Getting a job will completely depend on your own skills and academic performance. A lot of hard work will be required.

Yes, it will be recognised, you can complete the first year of a relevant MS degree, full time and pass with good grades. Before that you should always check with the university you are applying to in USA since every university has different criteria. Some universities also accept three year degree.

Yes, you can apply. But you have to check the eligibility criteria of different universities before applying. Applying to a top university will be difficult.
