You can do your Masters without doing registration in the pharmacy council. However, only to work, you need the registration. This is applicable for almost all countries and not only for Australia. While studying itself, you can start your registration process.

I can only tell you about Banasthali Vidyapith:
I have visited the exhibition held by the design team and to say that I was highly impressed would be an understatement. All kind of wall hangings, miniature art, apparels, etc. were pretty to look at.
