A student should possess Bachelor's degree after 10+2+3. The stream in which he/she has attained the degree doesn't matter. Degree holders of any stream are welcome. However, the marks which he/she has obtained are of real significance. Most of the universities and institutes take only those students who have attained minimum 50 percent in Bachelor's degree. A student getting less than 50 percent is not allowed to take up the entrance test. Some universities demand at least 60 percent.
