I think with Zoology you will not be able to get Microbiology admissions. As most of the universities have eligibility of Biological Science and Applied Medical Science or Medical Science and Allied Medical or Agriculture or Biosciences or Food Science or Medical Lab. Technology or Life Sciences or Veterinary Microbiology & Parasitology or Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology or Clinical Chemistry or Public Health & Allied Sciences or Plant Science) or equivalent etc.

B.Sc in Information Technology is a three year course and is a graduation which makes you eligible to pursue a Master Degree. My suggestion will be to stay in Technology field, if only you have keen interest and expertise in IT. If not, see the growing scope of MBA in IT related domains.
