I will recommend you to pursue master degree from USA because it is one of the best country for doing Masters in computer if you want to pursue master degree from India then the premier institutes like IIT and IISC are the best ones but taking admission in those college is quite difficult as compared to taking admission in the one of the best university of the world if we talk about the university of the USA so make sure that you prepared yourself very well and make your SOP and each and everything how is. Wish you the luck for the same.

Master of Science from abroad-
You have to prepare yourself from one year before taking admission abroad universities, it is a very long procedure it almost takes one year for you to get an admission in universities abroad. If you are pursuing in India, first thing is that you have to make an SOP which is statement of purpose and LOR which is letter of recommendation You have to also clear the entrance exam which is GRE and IELTS and if you are going to USA, you have to apply for fall.

Yes, you can pursue master degree from USA after completing your 3 years of graduation but not many universities of the USA considered the 15 years of education.

There's an M.Sc. In Wildlife Conservation and research at NCBS (part of TIFR) in Bangalore. Then there's an M.Sc. In Wildlife programme at WII, Dehradun - they have batched starting alternate years. Then there's Saurashtra University in Gujarat - they have a programme in wildlife. So does Pondicherry university.

The college does not disclose the cut-off, instead, they post the list of students who qualified. Kindly refer to the last year list mentioned in the link below:
