Given the NET examination, if you have completed your graduation in law then you could surely go for law as a subject in NET examination. Otherwise, you could choose a subject you completed your graduation.

Yes, you can apply for the course. The minimum eligibility in Mount Carmel College for M.Sc in Food Science and Nutrition is that the aspirants must have Bachelor's degree with at least 50 marks in aggregate from a recognized university and admission is completely merit-based.

The fee is approximately INR 85,000 per year. The admissions are based on merit list and academic performance.
As a commerce student, you can pursue plenty other courses like CA, CS, CMA etc.

One cannot seek admission in PG without clearing all the backlogs. There is just no way. I would strongly advise you to first make all out efforts to clear backlogs, get the certificate in hand and then only look for opportunities for doing PG.
