An orthopedic handicapped candidate can do Journalism and Mass Communication Course. If he/she is capable of reading and writing related to educational qualification, he/she can do the course. Because in Journalism and Mass Communication course, there are many future options like to be a blog/content writer, Script Writer, Creative Writer, Sub Editor, Copy Editor etc.
