Northwestern University, School of Communication
Boston University - Department of Mass Communication, Advertising & Public Relations
Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School
Texas A&M University - Department of Communication
Syracuse University at Buffalo - State University of New York (SUNY)
There are many, you can also refer to the QS world university ranking for other good top universities. The exams typically include GRE and TOEFL.

Both are good courses with almost same curriculum. Event management is comparatively a new field and institutes have devised their own nomenclature for the course. I always recommend aspiring psychologists to pursue a regular course in psychology, because psychology as a discipline involves learning from environment. Only studying from books will not help you much. You have to attend professor lectures, attend seminars/workshops, network people who are actually into this field Ph.D. Students, Research Scholar, seniors and Experts). The post graduate diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication is a 1 year course of 2 semesters. A graduate from a recognized University (any discipline) can apply for the course. The fee for the course is Rs 10,000 per semester.
