I always recommend aspiring psychologists to pursue a regular course in psychology, because psychology as a discipline involves learning from environment. Only studying from books will not help you much. You have to attend professor lectures, attend seminars/workshops, network people who are actually into this field Ph.D. Students, Research Scholar, seniors and Experts). You get this exposure only when you are enrolled in a regular psychology course. If you are unable to do regular studies, then you can for distance education in the field of psychology. The post graduate diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication is a 1 year course of 2 semesters. A graduate from a recognized University (any discipline) can apply for the course. The fee for the course is Rs 10,000 per semester.
