Hi Vineet,
Different universities abroad have different admission requirements. International applicants must take the TOEFL or the IELTS. You may also have to take GRE depending on where you want to study. You have to check the university websites for minimum academic requirements, etc. You can check here:

Graduation is the basic qualification requirement for Master of Computer Management course. The qualification must be obtained from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks in the same. Those who are pursuing the final year of graduation are also eligible to apply for the course. Most of the institutions carry out their own entrance exam for the admission process. Candidates with a relevant score in CAT / MAT / XAT / ATMA / CET, etc. are exempted from such admission tests. The marks obtained in the entrance exam acts as the basis for selection into the academic course.

Only by completing MS you won't be eligible for a PR. First you need to get a job and stay there for several years. You are advised to check the immigration website for details.

First decide where to study, since you took the GRE I assume you want to study in US. You should check the admission requirements of the universities, every university has different admission criteria so you must prepare accordingly. You must also check the fee, scholarship options, post study work options, deadlines, etc.
