To become a ninja in Networking you don't need to do Master in Networking separately and I don't see anybody who has done Master in networking but there are professional certification courses available on Networking like, CCNA, CCNP and CCIE (Cisco Certification). Apart from Cisco you may choose Juniper or HP but CISCO is an industry leader in Networking and I would advise to get Cisco certified.

Majority of the universities have a fall intake if you check the intakes and deadlines properly. So with a spring intake you are limiting your options. Additionally, scholarship options are limited in spring, also it affects part time jobs and internship opportunities.
