This depends on other candidates that would be writing papers with you so if they are equally good and they are doing this with a hundred percent accuracy then no, but if that is not the case, then you can do it with less number of questions as well so it really depends on the candidates.

I am sorry to say but with less than 50% marks in graduation you will not get a call from any good B-school, no matter how much you score in CAT and MAT. However, can apply to some private universities.

Well, it's very hard to get a college with fee less than 2 Lacs through MAT.

Colleges that will give you a call are Jaipuria Institute, Amity Institute, ITM (s), and Sharda University etc. Though these colleges do not have big packages in hand but still after doing MBA, you must get 5 lacs something. The infrastructure is good.
