You can pursue a career in Chartered Accountancy (CA). While a background in Accounting or Finance may be beneficial, it is not mandatory for admission to a CA program. CA programs usually require a bachelor's degree in any field from a recognised university, along with completion of specific accounting and taxation courses.

Students find Mathematics courses difficult for many reasons:

  • This subject deals with abstract concepts and principles that may be challenging to grasp initially.

  • As you progress through the courses, you encounter increasingly complex topics and problems.
  • Mathematics has its symbolic language, including symbols, notation, and terminology, which can be tough for beginners.
  • Mathematics is fundamentally about problem-solving. Students are often presented with challenging problems that require creative thinking, perseverance, and analytical skills to solve. Developing effective problem-solving strategies takes time and practice.

Although it is not compulsory to have studied Mathematics as a subject in Class 11-12 level to apply for a BSc in Biotechnology course, students should have pursued the Science stream and studied Biology as a core subject.

The minimum eligibility requirement for BSc Biotechnology is to pass Class 10 and 12 with Physics, Biology, and Chemistry as core subjects, with min 50% overall (45% for SC/ST candidates), and 60% in each core subject.

As it is a BSc course, unlike BTech students who have done PCM or PCB in Class 12 are eligible for admission.

you can definitely pursue a B.Ed. with a specialisation in Maths and English. This combination is quite common and equips you to teach both subjects at the secondary level

Eligibility for Government Jobs: Completing a B.Ed. with Maths and English makes you eligible for government teaching jobs through exams like the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board and similar state-level Teacher Eligibility Tests. These exams typically have separate categories for TGT.
