Hi Andesh,
The person must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in his or her graduation. So the average of 3 years marks in graduation is seen and not the only 1 year. There is a relaxation of 5% for SC/ST students. It means MBA considered all semester aggregate.
Best of luck for the future!

According to your profile, I feel EMBA (Executive MBA) is a better programme which suits your profile, as most of the EMBA's are working professionals like you. An Executive MBA provides an innovative MBA curriculum designed for individuals, including mid-level managers, seeking top-level leadership positions, as well as executives seeking to enhance their leadership skills. An EMBA programme provides professionals with the knowledge and skills to advance in executive leadership, building on their existing knowledge and experience. If you have completed your graduation, you can. The eligibility of MBA is merely graduation.
You shall appear in entrance tests or exams on the basis of graduation. You need to do well in the entrance exams and that will take you to MBA.
The history you mentioned needs to be overshadowed by your good work in the selection test.

MBA is the kind of degree that will always have scope in any country. There is a lot of scope for you after an MBA in India especially because compared to the absolutely developed nations like US, UK, Canada, etc., India is still a growing country and any growing country needs business. Now to monitor or grow these businesses, you need MBA degree holders. Now the concentration you choose in your MBA is also important.
Although there is scope for all concentrations, remember that new companies are coming up every day and new companies need HR managers. So human resource is a very good concentration to choose. Another concentration th
