You need to be a graduate to do MBA. Only Diploma is not sufficient.

Yes, you are eligible for MBA after any Bachelors if you have completed UG with minimum 45%. Yes, you are eligible for a government job as well but you need to take the required exam for government jobs.

I got 94% in 10th, 65% in 12th, and 10/10 in graduation. Do I have chances to get selected?

For MS programme, he has to appear for MHCET exam and for PGDM course, he should give exams like CAT MAT CMAT etc.

Do I need to appear in any entrance exam to get admission? I have completed my BBM in Andra but I want to do MBA in Vidyasagar University.

Don't go for Vidyasagar University. You will never get placement. Try for another one. Another thing is, I was former student of VU MBA, and I didn't give CAT or MAT exam.
