If it is from UGC /DEC approved university, You can apply for CAT entrance test. Graduates with high score in CAT exams can join in IIMs

Yes. Graduates in any stream can do MBA course. As you have IT background, it is better to do MBA in Systems / IT.

You may not be eligible in majority of B Schools for MBA. You may try XAT and B School which uses XAT score.

Yes you are eligible to apply. See I don't think we got the AIU approval renewed for this batch so if you want to go ahead with any government job or PhD maybe you shouldn't apply for our college. Strictly in case of Phd.

Criteria for CAT u need to have a minimum of 50% in graduation (45% in case of sc &st)
or you must be final year of graduation and holds the above criteria.

It depends upon your caliber and your willingness to study how much do you know about management what was your graduation course and from which college area do you think in your eyes that you are eligible for MBA and you are confident that you have extreme knowledge of business management.
