You will get a call for P3T test at Welingkar, if you have advance to GD/PI. You need to make sure that you are clear about the basic interview questions.

Yes outfit will surely affect your GD/PI score. The way you dress can create a long-lasting impression in the minds of people. Therefore, it is often asked to dress accordingly during job interviews, Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) sessions.
Dressing well not only helps in increasing your salary, but it also helps in maintaining ones self-respect and composure.

Hi,
Case studies or caselets are now an integral part of MBA admissions. Often candidates are given small case files to analyse during group discussion (GD), instead of general topics. The idea is to scrutinise the candidates perspective, logical approach, quick thinking and problem solving attitude. Caselets require no prior knowledge of the subject. So what happens in a caselet? There are no set correct answers to these questions. Please understand that the interviewers are veterans in interviewing and a not-so-genuine answer can be easily identified by them. Hence, the key lies in introspecting about your life and coming up with your life story that inspired you to do MBA. That would get you the answer to why MBA. Coming to short term goal and long term goal, short term goal can be to successfully graduating from top IIMs and long term can be to gain expertise in your favorite specialization (do your homework beforehand). GD is basically a healthy discussion in which a topic is provided and you have to speak some good points, present your opinion in a well-mannered and formal way.
PI is a process in which they look into your personality and thinking pattern. Although both are used to find if you have domain knowledge, communication skills, passion, attitude, etc.
