A major advantage of net neutrality is the online charges internet users have to bear particularly during usage of skype, netflix etc. A big disadvantage is online piracy as netneutrality regulations will limit government regulations to fight against online threats. As per my opinion somethings must be under Law.

Minimum CMAT score required for applying for admissions process is 70 percentile. So you have a decent score to apply for admissions process. Your selection purely depends on how you perform during the admissions process (GD, MP, WA and PI). CMAT score is just an eligibility criteria but is not included in selection criteria.

Please note that each IIM shortlists candidates for second stage of selection which may be independent of each other.
The process may include:
1. Written Ability Test (WAT)
2. Group Discussions (GD)
3. Personal Interviews (PI).
Performance in CAT examination is an important component in the admission process.
IIMs may use previous academic performance of the candidates, relevant work experience and other similar inputs in short listing and ranking of candidates at various stages of the admission process.
The processes, academic cut-offs and the weights allocated to the evaluation parameters may vary across IIMs.
