Hi Ravi,
Questions in PI round are most of the times connected to your GD round. Chances of witnessing questions based on past jobs, projects and area of your interest are also high in an interview. However, it is not easy to guess what questions will be asked in a PI. But there are few questions that are very common and such questions are asked at almost all kind of interviews.
Here's a list of few common questions asked in a PI:
1. Tell us something about yourself.
2. Why do you think should we give you admission in our college?
3. What are your key skills/ greatest strengths?
4. What is your greatest weakness?
5. What is your greatest achi

Hi,
Please note that each IIM shortlists candidates for second stage of selection which may be independent of each other.
The process may include:
1. Written Ability Test (WAT)
2. Group Discussions (GD)
3. Personal Interviews (PI).
Performance in CAT examination is an important component in the admission process.
IIMs may use previous academic performance of the candidates, relevant work experience and other similar inputs in short listing and ranking of candidates at various stages of the admission process.
The processes, academic cut-offs and the weights allocated to the evaluation parameters may vary across IIMs.
