For NS (Non Sponsored) category- minimum 50% marks in Graduation in Life Sciences with minimum score of MAT - 500/GMAT 500 / CMAT 150 Or, percentile in CAT/XAT - 75 / NMAT 60, Or Amity Written Test on the day of Interview.
For S (Sponsored) category- min. 50% marks in Graduation in Life Sciences with min score of MAT-450/GMAT- 450/ CMAT 100, Or percentile in CAT/XAT - 65 / NMAT 50, Or Amity Written Test on the day of Interview.

The admission process in MBA HR program is through entrance test in all the top MBA HRM colleges. The step wise admission process is as below:
Check your eligibility. Minimum 50% marks in graduation requiredApply and appear in the MBA HR entrance test acceptable to the institute. If you are planning for this year then the admissions are closed for the top best colleges. Now you will get only those colleges in which the fee starts from 5 lakh. If you are planning for next year then work hard for CAT to get FMS Delhi or Delhi School of Economics.

I do not have much idea about MBA in hospital management. But surely know about HR. I would suggest you to choose among those on the basis of your interest rather than the demanding future because if your interest falls for HR you would promisingly do the best and that would automatically turn out to be demanding to you.
