Hello! MBA (HR) focuses mainly on HR related subjects only, whereas a general MBA or PGDM covers subjects of all specializations such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, etc.

That is a very difficult question. I remember one quote of my teacher. Success does not lie with the nos of positions but within the person competing for job. If you had the right skills you will succeed defying thousand of competitors, if you do not you single will fail to secure job. So find what you have good in you and then what you can provide to any NGO. What small job stint provide is opertunities to find areas of improvements inside you, you can have better understanding of your weakness, so whenever you want to go for higher education you can have very clear picture what you want from that course. The basic thing is you need to polish your communication skills and if the institution from where you pursue your degree is a good one, you will surely be well polished. I know of LPU which is ranked as the number 2 B-School and has been awarded for the National Employ-ability 220 award for the best placements. It depends entirely on your career choice. If you want to do marketing, then Nirma is the way to go since it well known for Marketing. However, if you want to do Finance or HR, I would suggest you go for Siescom. It has a very good track record for all the streams but for Marketing, Nirma is better. Good luck.

IBS Jaipur is also good. IBS Jaipur provides MBA certificate. Other IBS branches such as Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune and Mumbai give PGPM certificates. IBS Pune usually gets highest number of placements done with good packages.
