With a budget of 7 lacs you can get very few colleges and few I know in Bangalore are AIMS (PGDM), ABBS, M. P. Birla, SIBM and XIME.

Yes, ICFAI is one of the best institutes. It has a good curriculum. Apart ICFAI, you can also check with IGNOU and Pondicherry University.

ISB-Hyderabad and IIM-Bangalore are the best colleges. Other tier one and two colleges include IBS Hyderabad & Bangalore, Christ University, NMIMS, Welingkar, IFIM and ISBM.
